The scope of work consists of the construction of a new Child Care Center playground yard, which will include the following trades: demolition, grading, concrete, site drainage, fencing, plumbing, and electrical.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove the existing front and back entrance concrete ramp and stairs; and replace with new front and back entry ADA compliant ramps, stairs, painted handrails, guardrails, and tread warning striping at the Wilson Senior Center Art Building located at 350 N. C Street, Oxnard, CA.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete Central Park fountain structure and equipment vault renovations including repairs to the pool, removal and replacement of new control equipment above ground and renovation of underground vault structure for waterproofing and installation of new machinery and piping.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide oncall inspections, maintenance and minor repairs to water based and/or dry chemical fire protection/suppression systems.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to dispose of existing playground equipment and replace with a new playground system and installation of new engineered wood fiber safety surfacing.
