The scope of work consists of the construction of a 364 square foot masonry restroom building with metal roofing and covered walk, associated site development, and connection to existing underground utilities, at the Allan Hancock College Lompoc Valley Center, Public Safety Training Center, at One Hancock Dr., Lompoc, CA 93436.

The scope of work consists of the construction of a new Child Care Center playground yard, which will include the following trades: demolition, grading, concrete, site drainage, fencing, plumbing, and electrical.

The scope of work consists of site demolition, grading and concrete foundation work for a new modular building, concrete flatwork, ADA drop-off area, utilities including electrical, fire, water, site drainage, building electrical, chain link fencing, flooring, lockers and limited door hardware.

The sound system enhancements and installation shall include new equipment, as well as repairs or upgrades to existing equipment as needed, to maximize the sound quality of all of the Theatre’s productions and presentations.

Site work associated with the placement of modular classroom building onto concrete foundations with associated site utilities. Grading, paving, concrete flatwork, and signage as required for new building pad and path. New premanufactured shade structure. Regrading of landscape area, with new retaining wall. Upgrades to accessible parking. Silver Creek Modular will be constructing and installing the building. Shade structure will be furnished by owner, installed by contractor.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove and replace the play surface and playground structure within the Westport Park Playground located near the intersection of Wooley Road and Chesapeake Drive in Oxnard.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete roadway improvements within the Colonia neighborhood.

REJECTION OF ALL BIDS

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to replace sections of existing aging sewer lines along Rice Avenue and Ventura Road.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to beautify 5 local parks including Camino Del Sol Community Garden, Del Sol Park, Lemonwood Park, Rudolph Beck Memorial Park, and Southwinds Park. Work consists of removing existing turf and plant material which has exceeded its lifespan, and replacing it with drought-tolerant plantings and efficient irrigation systems, installing concrete, asphalt, and decomposed granite paved walkways and plazas, providing ADA compliant parking and pavement markings and seating, and improving circulation through planted areas.
